FAQs

Frequently asked.

How long does a typical condo retrofit take?

Most retrofits roll out lobby and main entry first (1–2 weeks), then gate and garage (1–2 weeks), then amenity doors and package room (1–2 weeks). The whole project usually fits in 4–8 weeks with no service interruption to residents.

Can residents still use a fob?

Yes. Mobile is the default; physical fobs and smart cards remain available as a fallback for residents who prefer them, for guests, and for accessibility cases.

What about visitor management?

Residents pre-register guests through a mobile portal — a one-time QR or PIN, valid for a chosen window. The intercom recognizes the visitor on arrival and grants access without the resident needing to answer the call.

How do you handle multi-board approvals?

We provide clear documentation, vendor-neutral specs, and willingness to walk the project through finance, building, and amenity committees. References from comparable communities are available on request.
