Industry Challenges

What this industry deals with.

  • Guest experience cannot be compromised by visible security
  • Lone-worker (housekeeping, room service) safety legally required in many jurisdictions
  • High-density Wi-Fi expectations from guests of every demographic
  • Back-of-house shrinkage and contractor access exposure
  • Multi-property chains needing standardized operations across locations
Core Capabilities

Hospitality Technology

Enhancing the stay while securing the property.

Mobile Room Keys

Skip the front desk.

Allow guests to bypass check-in lines and unlock their rooms securely using their smartphones.

Discreet Surveillance

Watching without staring.

Low-profile, aesthetically pleasing cameras that blend into high-end architectural designs.

Staff Safety

Protecting lone workers.

Panic buttons and location tracking for housekeeping and room service staff working alone in guest rooms.

High-Density Wi-Fi

Five-star connectivity.

Enterprise networking to ensure fast, reliable internet access for hundreds of guests simultaneously.

Use Cases

How this gets applied.

Mobile room keys

Skip-the-line check-in with phones unlocking guest rooms, elevators, and amenity spaces (Salto, Assa Abloy, dormakaba integration).

Lone-worker safety devices

Wearable or app-based panic devices with real-time location for housekeeping and room-service staff, complying with state staff-safety laws.

Distributed audio and digital signage

Multi-zone audio for lobby, pool, restaurant, and event spaces with centralized scheduling and content.

Back-of-house operations security

Loading-dock surveillance, contractor access management, kitchen and storage monitoring, time-and-attendance integration.

Compliance & Standards

Built to the standards that apply.

State hotel-worker safety laws

Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, and other states require panic devices for hotel staff working alone in rooms.

PCI DSS

Surveillance and access controls around card-present payment terminals.

ADA accessibility

Access systems support accessible alternatives for guests who cannot use mobile credentials.

FAQs

Frequently asked.

How does mobile room key actually work?

Guest receives a digital key in the brand mobile app on check-in; the phone communicates with the door lock via BLE or NFC. Most major hotel brands have this integrated; we install the lock infrastructure (Assa Abloy, dormakaba, Salto) and tie it into the brand's system.

Are you NDAA compliant for federal contract hotels?

Yes — for hotels with federal contracts (e.g., government per-diem properties), we deploy NDAA-compliant cameras and network equipment.

How do you support a portfolio of properties?

Standardized architecture across the portfolio, centralized cloud management, and a property-by-property rollout plan. Brand and operator can see all properties in one dashboard with property-level operator permissions.

What's the simplest way to deploy lone-worker safety?

Mobile-app-based panic with location tracking via Wi-Fi triangulation is the fastest deployment. For higher accuracy, BLE-tag-based RTLS provides real-time room-level location. We assess based on Wi-Fi coverage, building construction, and budget.
